Greg Foster
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Greg Foster, Co-Founder and CEO of BrightWhistle, also serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Chrysalis Ventures.
Greg possesses a comprehensive entrepreneurial and executive background in media and technology. Most recently, he served as Partner at Noro-Moseley Partners, an Atlanta-based venture capital firm, with a concentration on early-stage digital media companies. He has been a member of the management teams of three successful start-ups: at iXL, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Madrid, Spain office and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for the Atlanta office. At Silverpop Systems, Greg was Vice President of Business and Corporate Development. Prior to SilverPop, he launched Southern Direct, where he served as CEO. Greg then joined Turner Broadcasting following Turner’s acquisition of Southern Direct, where he served as Vice President of Corporate Development, overseeing M&A and investment opportunities for all of Turner’s brands including CNN, TNT, TBS, TCM, Cartoon Network, TruTV and Adult Swim. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Onion, StatSheet, and PlayOn Sports and serves on the advisory board of Vertical Acuity, SolidFire and Clearleap.
Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the board of trustees for the Georgia Tech Alumni Association, the Georgia Council on Economic Education, and the Bobby Dodd Foundation. Greg and his wife, Christine, have two sons, Jack and Henry.

Chad Mallory
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
As Co-Founder and COO, Chad Mallory is responsible for the operations of the business, human resources, administrative issues, and client services.
Prior to BrightWhistle, Chad co-founded Nexteppe, a retail marketing platform for automotive dealers. As Co-Founder and CTO, Chad created the Nexteppe product platform and continued to manage all aspects of product development, making Nexteppe one of the fastest growing automotive marketing platform providers in the industry.
Chad studied industrial engineering at Georgia Tech. Chad and his wife, Sarah, live in Flowery Branch.

Michael Sengbusch
Vice President of Product Development and Strategy
Michael oversees the product design and vision for the BrightWhistle solution set. He also helps position the solution in the marketplace and works closely with Greg to formulate strategic communications.
Michael has spent his career developing and designing enterprise cloud-based solutions and applications for Global Fortune 500 companies like Michelin, BASF, and Goodyear. He comes to BrightWhistle from Elemica, a leading Supply Chain vendor, where he led software development and managed the Logistics Sourcing product suite. Under his leadership, hundreds of companies and thousands of users were on-boarded across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to that, Michael served as a Business Consultant for Arthur Andersen, where he managed projects for several industry consortium’s like Omnexus, MetalSpectrum, and RubberNetwork.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. Michael and his wife Mae Ellen are both loyal Tech alum and live in Atlanta with their two sons, John Michael and Luke.

Jason Hopper
Vice President of Sales and Business Development
As Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Jason is responsible for driving all direct sales and the execution of all partnership channels for BrightWhistle.
Jason’s professional background is comprised of healthcare sales and business development, information technology development and unique experience in transforming early-stage healthcare companies into market leaders.
Prior to joining BrightWhistle, Jason held sales management positions at MedMined, a healthcare industry leader in data mining and analytics (now part of CareFusion NYSE: CFN), where he served as Director of Strategic Initiatives. In this role, he designed and built state-wide quality improvement programs involving over 150 participating hospitals and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in Alabama, California, Louisiana, and New York. He also held sales and technical sales positions with MEDSEEK.
Jason began his career in application development with Southwire Company in West Georgia and continued in that role with Internet Security Systems (now part of IBM) in Atlanta. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Auburn University.
He and his wife, Jamie, along with their two children Becca and Hayes, live in Birmingham, AL.

Chris Vaughan
Director of Engineering
As Director of Engineering, Chris Vaughan is responsible for the development of the BrightWhistle platform.
Most recently, Chris served as a Senior Software Engineer at Nexteppe, where he led the development of the core product designed to manage online inventory for car dealerships. Prior to Nexteppe, Vaughan held senior technology positions at two companies, serving as Lead Network and Security Engineer for Park Avenue Bank and Lead Software Engineer at CommerceEngine LLC, a supply chain management software business he co-founded. Chris began his career as a programmer / analyst with McKesson.
Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Valdosta State University, where he served as President of the VSU Artificial Intelligence Group and Vice President of the university’s chapter of ACM (Association of Computing Machinery). Upon graduation, he was named Most Outstanding VSU Computer Science Senior.

Alex Otrezov
Director of Client Services
As the Director of Client Services, Alex oversees the Digital Marketing Analyst team and ensures that BrightWhistle’s customer expectations are always met.
As a guru of online advertising, Alex’s expertise draws from many years of experience. Prior to BrightWhistle, Alex was the National Global Performance Analyst at Yodle – a startup where he served for four years – which he helped grow into one of the largest online advertising companies in the United States. Within his role, he oversaw a team of analysts responsible for Yodle’s largest accounts and played a key role in establishing best practices and key processes.
Alex holds a B.A. degree from Olivet College where he studied Marketing and Finance. Alex and his fiancée Christy, recently moved from Charlotte and now live in Atlanta.
